JOVO علامة تجارية يشغّلها محمد عمر عبدالله شماسنة (غير مسجّلة كشركة). للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية: privacy@jovops.com. الحد الأدنى للعمر لاستخدام التطبيق 18 سنة.
البيانات التي نجمعها
بدون حساب (زائر): لا نجمع بيانات شخصية. السلة تبقى على جهازك. كأي موقع، قد يرى الخادم عنوان IP عند طلب الصفحات.
كل الحسابات: الاسم ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور (مخزّنة مجزّأة)، والبريد الإلكتروني إن أضفته (اختياري)، ورمز الإشعارات ونوع النظام ورقم إصدار التطبيق، ورموز التحقق (OTP) المرسلة برسالة نصية عند إنشاء الحساب أو استعادة كلمة المرور، وسجل تشغيلي لإجراءات مهمة.
الزبون: عناوين التوصيل المحفوظة مع النقطة على الخريطة، والطلبات (المنتجات والأسعار والملاحظات وعنوان التسليم ونقطته وحالة الطلب). نصل إلى موقعك الدقيق أو التقريبي عندما تضغط «استخدام موقعي». لا نجمع موقع الزبون في الخلفية.
السائق: يُرسل موقعك أثناء توصيلة نشطة، بما في ذلك في الخلفية والشاشة مغلقة، تقريبًا كل 10 ثوانٍ أو 30 مترًا، مع إشعار دائم ظاهر، بعد إفصاح داخل التطبيق قبل طلب الإذن. يُرسل موقعك أيضًا مرة واحدة عند فتح الصفحة الرئيسية للسائق أو تحديثها. نحفظ آخر موقع ووقته فقط، لا سجل مسارات. كما نحفظ حالة الدوام وسجل التوصيلات والنقد المستلم والمستحقات.
موظفو المتجر والإدارة: بيانات الحساب والصلاحيات وسجل الإجراءات، وصور المنتجات التي يلتقطها الموظف أو يختارها بنفسه فقط.
ما لا نجمعه: جهات الاتصال، الرسائل، الميكروفون، بيانات بطاقات الدفع (الدفع نقدًا فقط)، البيانات الصحية، معرّف الإعلانات. لا توجد إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليلات في التطبيق.
الجهات التي تتلقى بيانات
- خدمة الإشعارات (Expo Push) وخدمة Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: رمز الإشعارات ونص الإشعار.
- Expo Updates: عند كل تشغيل للتطبيق يتحقق من وجود تحديث، فيصل إلى الخادم عنوان IP ونوع النظام ورقم إصدار التشغيل.
- الخرائط: بلاطات الخريطة من Esri (يرى عنوان IP والمنطقة المعروضة). عند تحويل نقطة على الخريطة إلى عنوان قد يستخدم الجهاز خدمة الترميز الجغرافي الخاصة بالنظام (Google على أندرويد)، وقد يستخدم خادمنا خدمة OpenStreetMap Nominatim.
- الملاحة: عند ضغطك على فتح الوجهة في تطبيق خرائط (Google Maps أو Apple Maps) تُمرَّر الوجهة إلى ذلك التطبيق بطلب منك.
- صور المنتجات: تُخدَّم من شبكة صور عبر النطاق images.jovops.com.
- الرسائل النصية: مزوّد رسائل يستلم رقم هاتفك ونص رمز التحقق.
- الاستضافة والتخزين: مزوّدو استضافة وتخزين سحابي لتشغيل الخدمة.
حذف الحساب والاحتفاظ
- يمكنك حذف حسابك من الإعدادات داخل التطبيق، أو بطلب عبر البريد إلى privacy@jovops.com.
- عند الحذف تُحذف عناوينك المحفوظة ورموز الإشعارات وتُلغى الجلسات، ويُستبدل الاسم والهاتف والبريد وكلمة المرور ببيانات مجهولة.
- سجلات الطلبات تبقى بعد الحذف، ومعها عنوان التوصيل ونقطته على الخريطة وقت الطلب، دون ربطها باسمك أو هاتفك.
- حسابات السائقين والموظفين لها حالات خاصة (مثل وجود توصيلة أو نقد غير مسوّى).
- مدد الاحتفاظ: ما زالت قيد الاعتماد، وسننشرها هنا فور اعتمادها.

Privacy Policy — JOVO (interim version)
Interim version (5 November 2026). This page describes what the app actually does today. Retention periods for some data are still being finalised, and we will not state numbers before they are approved. This page will be replaced by the full policy when the review is complete.
Who we are
JOVO is a brand operated by Mohammad Omar Abdallah Shamasneh (not a registered company). Privacy contact: privacy@jovops.com. The minimum age to use the app is 18.
Data we collect
Guests (no account): no personal data. The cart stays on your device. Like any website, the server may see your IP address when pages are requested.
All accounts: name, phone number and password (stored hashed); email if you add one (optional); push token, platform and app version; one-time codes (OTP) sent by SMS at sign-up or password reset; an operational log of important actions.
Customers: saved delivery addresses with the map point, and orders (items, prices, notes, delivery address and point, status). We read your precise or approximate location when you tap "use my location". We never collect customer location in the background.
Drivers: your location is sent during an active delivery, including in the background and with the screen off, about every 10 seconds or 30 metres, with a persistent notification, after an in-app disclosure shown before the permission prompt. It is also sent once when the driver home screen is opened or refreshed. We keep only the last position and its time, not a track history. We also store shift status, delivery history, cash received and earnings.
Store staff and admins: account data, permissions, the action log, and product photos the staff member chooses to take or pick.
What we do not collect: contacts, messages, microphone, payment card data (cash on delivery only), health data, advertising ID. The app contains no ads and no analytics tools.
Who receives data
- Push notifications (Expo Push) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: push token and notification text.
- Expo Updates: on every launch the app checks for an update, so the update server receives the IP address, platform and runtime version.
- Maps: map tiles come from Esri (it sees the IP address and the area shown). Turning a map point into an address may use the device geocoder (Google on Android), and our server may use OpenStreetMap Nominatim.
- Navigation: when you choose to open a destination in a maps app (Google Maps or Apple Maps), the destination is passed to that app at your request.
- Product images: served by an image CDN at images.jovops.com.
- SMS: a messaging provider receives your phone number and the code text.
- Hosting and storage: cloud hosting and storage providers that run the service.
Account deletion and retention
- You can delete your account in the app under Settings, or request it by email to privacy@jovops.com.
- On deletion, your saved addresses and push tokens are removed, sessions are revoked, and your name, phone, email and password are replaced with anonymous values.
- Order records are kept after deletion, including the delivery address and its map point at the time of the order, without being linked to your name or phone.
- Driver and staff accounts have special cases (for example an active delivery or unsettled cash).
- Retention periods: still being finalised; we will publish them here once approved.
